About Amina Malik
Founder and Director
Amina has over fifteen years of HR experience, working with clients in a range of sectors by managing a variety of projects including implementation of new contracts & policies, management of complex employee issues, through to leading on projects, such as Senior Leadership Recruitment, Restructures and TUPE transfers.
Amina is known for her measured attitude to solving problems, and priding herself in creating positive and genuine partnerships. Her exceptional communication skills and progressive outlook are at the core of HR Cube Consulting’s approach. In her spare time, you would find Amina with a camera in hand shooting candid images.
Amina also enjoys to read about different topics that somehow she was asked to contribute to the following book I’ll Get That Job!
