We can take that frustration away and ensure that your HR practices fit your Business. Our goal is to do what works best for your Business– this could be to advise on HR policy, attending formal meetings either on your behalf or to assist your managers or regular onsite support to provide or supplement your HR function.

Ad Hoc HR Support

We recognise that the amount of support your Business needs may vary from time to time and we can provide ad hoc support either remotely or on-site to assist with your Business needs.  This service is charged on an hourly rate, and time is billed in 15-minute increments. A day rate can also be considered.

Retainer

When your Business requires ongoing support and the comfort of knowing that you can pick up the phone or email when you need someone.

Project-based

When your Business has a specific project to implement, we will collaborate, agree the scope, deliverables and the time required in advance.

Does your Business require Interim or Part time HR Support?

Interim HR Manager

Your Business may need an Interim HR Manager to support your Business to provide additional support to your existing HR team due to increased workloads or whilst you are recruiting a permanent member of staff.

When this is the case, we can provide you with a temporary HR Manager and, if you would like we can also support you in the recruitment of your new HR Manager.

Part time HR Manager

Many of our clients like to have an on-site HR Manager who works with them for half a day, a whole day, or a few days a month. When not on site, the HR Manager is available to deal with any issues and questions that arise within the business.
